The Tubbease soaking boot/sock is ideal when you need to soak your horses hoof in a solution to treat a hoof disease. Often the hoof needs to stand in the solution for a while, and you could use a bucket for this. But not every horse likes to stand still with it's leg in a bucket and that's when the Tubbease sock comes in handy! This sock can not be kicked over like a bucket can, so you won't waste your medical solution if the horse moves a little.

If your horse has stubborn thrush, or White Line Disease, or you need to rinse an abcess hole, than this boot in combination with a soaking solution like Sanogene, will be your best bet.

How to use
Park your horse somewhere dry and safe and where the horse feels calm. Maybe even provide a hay net. Clean the hoof properly and put the Tubbease soaking boot on. Then open the sock at the top a litte and add the solution of your choice. We recommend Sanogene for this.

Tubbease is suitable for barefoot horses or horses with metal shoes.
Tubbease is NOT suitable for riding or turnout.

Measure the width of the hoof first, see the picture with the green arrow. Measure the length from the toe to the heels too. The biggest measurement you have will give you an idea of which size you need.
The measurements below are the maximum diamter of the boot.

Pink: 110 mm / 11 cm
Red: 140 mm / 14 cm
Blue: 155 mm / 15,5 cm
Orange: 165 mm / 16,5 cm

A hoof with a width of 100 mm and a length of 110 mm needs the pink size
A hoof with a width of 125 mm and a length of 130 mm needs the
red size.
A hoof with a width of 160 mm and a length of 150 mm needs the
orange size (because 160 doesn't fit blue).
A hoof with a width of 135 mm and a length of 145 mm needs the
blue size (because 145 doesn't fit orange).
